+ Do you have a fuel surcharge and taxes that are added on?
No all rates are flat rates and everything is included in the price.
+ How often do you have rate increases?
We have had 2 rate increases in 15 years and we only did theses when there was nothing else we could do to cut cost. (We hate rate increases)
+ How do holidays work?
Welcome letter shows what day you will fall on but when there is a holiday there is a one day delay beyond the holiday, unless that holiday falls on a week end. Then there will be no delay in service.
+ Do you take extra trash?
Yes if the office is informed prior to trash day?
+ Do we have to use bags in the toter?
No.
+ When does a late fee apply?
At 12 midnight on the 14th of each month.
+ Do you accept Credit or Debit cards?
Yes MasterCard and Visa Logos.
+ Do you have auto draft?
Yes, you fill out the Authorization form and send back to office (Must have original copy with signature. (No Faxes)
+ Is there a discount for prepaying?
No we are sorry we have all rates as low as we can make them to everyone. However prepaying does insure if there were to be an increase for some odd reason that you are locked in at that original rate till prepaid time is used up.
+ Are there any contracts to sign for Residential Service?
No you simply call.
+ How do I move my service?
You call office and we transfer your service to new address and instruct you on what and how to handle toter.
+ How long have you been in business?
Proudly for 15 years all family owned and operated.
+ When will service come to my area?
Call office to request service and inform us that you want service there. We will send you a short survey you fill out and mail back and we will work hard to get your area serviced. Our Routes are growing constantly so we work hard to get as many request filled as possible.
+ What time will my garbage be picked up?
All routes start at 6am we request all cans be staged at curb the night before.
